High Visibility Professional Safety Vest

XW-001 is one of the most classic safety vests which is approved by EN20471 & ANSI107 Class 2, widely used for Construction, Survey crew, Shipyards, Utility workers, Railway and Metro workers, roadside emergency, bicycling and many more.
The manufacturing principle of reflective safety vest, is to make use of heat transfer technology to print reflective materials on the vest, or sew the polyester reflective strips on the vest.
In terms of the safety effect of reflective clothing, when the relevant lines are illuminated, the reflective vest will reflect the lighting, thus the reflective effect can be achieved.

What is the washing instruction for reflective professional vests?
- Recommended washing cycles and washing temperature for the safety garments tested and approved for: 25×40°C.
- When do machine wash, you may use a mild detergent, but No Bleach or Fabric Softener!
- Try to avoid wash the safety garments with your work jeans or any clothing with rough fabric or edges. The microscopic glass beads on the retro reflective fabric can be worn off by rough texture.
- Try to line dry your garments. If you choose to machine dry, try to remove the garment immediately. The added heat can damage the reflective fabric.
- Try to wash your garment inside out.
- Try not to wash reflective garment with other dark garments that might bleed. Stained fluorescent material may cause a reduction in its performance. Our fluorescent materials do not bleed, rest assured to wash them with light color garments.
What is the storage instruction and performance?
Reflective vests should keep in the original packaging, away from light and humidity. and reflective vests meets the requirements of GB/20653, harmless, comfortable to wear, waterproof and breathable, good flexibility, grade 2 of reflective fabric.
Precaution of wearing the reflective vest
Before wearing, check to make sure that the clothes are not dirty or worn, otherwise the performance will be affected. Check to make sure that the grey reflective stripes are outside the vest and the straps on the shoulders are also in front of the vest to ensure that the stripes remain in place during use. The reflective vest should be fastened at all times. It is forbidden to wear vest except for the above regulations.
