Can we buy a semi-product reflective sheeting from you?

We received inquiries about semi-product reflective sheeting from certain counties. Some clients have their coating lines, they want to coat the solvent-based permanent adhesive and paper liner in their factory. Which may have different reasons, suck like low down the tax, change the production countries, low down the cost, etc.

The answer is “YES”, XW reflective are happy to help our clients get their preferred products.

Which kind of reflective films should I choose?

It’s better to know more about the reflective sheeting before you decide to coat it by yourself. Not all semi-production reflective sheeting is easy to produce in this way.

If you don’t know which is better to choose, We recommend trying XW 3100 PET Type Reflective Sheeting first. The film itself is rigid, easy to operate and delivers. For all the PET surface reflective sheeting, they don’t need to peel off the base films. Compare to Acrylic surface reflective films, the film is difficult to deliver, it also required stable weather condition during the peeling process.

In overall, we prefer that customer to choose PET type such as XW3100, XW3500, XW5100. But if you think you can deal with the problem, surely we can sell other semi-product.
