In relatively high temperatures, the reflective film should be stored in a ventilated, dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight, avoid moisture, and pay attention to cleaning and ventilation. Otherwise the performance of the three types of prismatic reflective film may be reduced.

Cartons with reflective film should be stacked in layers in the same direction. Cross stacking is prohibited. Cartons of different sizes should not be stacked together. Pressure is prohibited. When stacking reflective film in hot weather, try to leave space between the goods to maintain ventilation.

After each roll of reflective film is unpacked in relatively high temperature weather, try to use it once, because it will seriously affect its function and service life in high temperature weather.The hardness of reflective film is different in summer and winter. It is too soft in hot weather. Newly purchased products need to be opened and used in time. Unused Class II super engineering grade reflective film must have the connector glued tightly to prevent the reflective film from falling apart due to its own unwinding support. Put on the packaging bag on the outside, tie the bag tightly, put the plugs on both sides, and put the horizontal empty frame into the carton for reservation!

In summer, the temperature is high and the environment is dry. Work in an environment with a temperature of 10~36℃ and an air humidity of 30~60%, and ensure that the workplace and tools are clean.

After cutting, the film face up and put it on a flattened software with a size larger than the cut reflective film. It cannot be used when there is a tunnel construction condition (part of the reflective film is warped). If it is not used in time, it needs to be covered with a bag and tied tightly to prevent dryness or humidity.

  •   Hengji or precision oil-soluble ink can be used. The ink is easy to crack in high temperature weather, and appropriate adjustments can be made according to the detailed situation.
  • Try to use 350-400 mesh of the screen. If the screen mesh is coarse, the ink is prone to cracking.
  • At the same time, due to the differences in temperature environment and actual process, when used in large quantities, it is necessary to confirm its scope of application before continuing to do large-scale production and processing.

For larger size films, use a film laminating machine, and pay attention to tight pressing and sealing to prevent water vapor from penetrating.
If you use tools such as rubber sticks and polyurethane scrapers to paste identifiers and smaller size reflective films, please use a slightly damp velvet cloth to wrap the scraper to prevent scratching the film surface. If bubbles appear, you can use a needle to pierce and then use a clean towel to squeeze out the gas. Do not tear off the reflective film and paste it again.

Reflective film has a certain degree of ductility. In hot weather, the reflective film is too soft. Avoid excessive stretching and tearing when applying glass film. If the surface is dirty during the construction process, please use alcohol solvents or neutral detergents to carefully and gently clean it.
