To check the substrate material whether it is suitable for reflective vinyl pasting, and it is an unsuitable substrate base material for reflective sheeting sticking, then you should do some treatment for the surface of the substrate material.

During the Spring festival, the COVID-19 has spread all over the China. XW Reflective Sheeting has to shut down the factory and sales office until the middle of February. This is to help with stopping more infection people. Now we are almost back to normal for production of reflective sheeting and other reflective products. During the coronavirus, our customers have sent us the best regard for our health and support. Unexpectedly, coronavirus has become so serious in so many countries. This is time that XW Reflective team should thank back to our customers. We have purchased thousands of protected masks to send them to European, USA, Korea, Mexico etc. We are all fighters, fighting against COVID-19 together. Xingwei factory has demanded the Chinese government to improve its epidemic prevention measures at factory working area and office duilding. This is in order to control transmit the coronavirus from person to person . Our factory is following the instruction as followings, 1. We check the temperature of all workers in the morning and afternoon. In the meanwhile, third party from government staff is coming to monitor us daily. 2. We strengthen the cleaning of all working area, Disinfect twice a day and record. So far, all employees from Xing Wei facotry have normal body temperature and no infected . Our city Huangshan have also keep zero infected from COVID-19 for 13days up to today, everyday we have a progress, we hope everything is back to normal in April. XW Reflective factory has already started now, it has delay 3 weeks as planned due to the cornovairus, we are expecting to back to normal production status in March. Factory now is busy with finishing the previous orders that we should deliver now, however we are now able to accept new orders, just need to take more time as usual. Our exporting sales team has been working since 10th Feb, you can send us email or talk to us on whatsapp for any inquiries, we will back to you as soon as possible. Sales team are organizing the Intertraffic Amsterdam 2020 in April, we are bringing reflective sheeting which mainly are car license plate reflective sheeting, engineer grade reflective sheeting and reflective barricade tape, also photoluminescent film for emergency signages, besides that, high intensity grade reflective sheeting for traffic cones also available in our booth. Dear Customers Sorry to inform you that XW Reflective factory will be delayed to start till 10th Feb. affected by the novel coronavirus happening (in the beginning we plan to back on 1st Feb.)
