Making car license plate sample from XW Reflective:
Step 1: Make sure the aluminum plate clean
Use a soft cloth and soapy water to clean both sides of the license plate. It is critical that you remove any dirt and grease from the surface so that the film will adhere properly.
Step 2: Apply Reflective Film on Front of License Plate
Cut a piece of the film to match the size of the front side of your license plate. Peel back one corner of the backing and stick it to one corner of your license plate. Once it is stuck down, peel off the rest of the backing while smoothing out any bubbles as you go. Use a credit card to smooth out any remaining bubbles after you are finished.
In this step, you should take carefully in the air bubbles in the process of apply retro reflective number plate film.
Step 3: Embossing Numbers On the Blank License Plate With Reflective Number Plate Film
Take the number model into the embossing pressing plate, and put the blank license plate in place.
Setting the temperature and time, pushing the embossing plate into the embossing machine.
Finally, you will see the blank license plate with car numbers
Step 5: Hot Embossing Foil To Color The Car Number
Hot stamping foil is a color film for car numbers, can apply the black, red, blue color on the number of license plates by a hot stamping machine.

Step 1: Apply Film on Front of License Plate
The number plate factory doesn’t need to clean the aluminum plate, their aluminum plate is rolled by the roll, without any specks of dirt.
Hence, the first step of making a license plate is to apply a reflective vinyl roll to the aluminum plate roll by automatical machine.
The automatic machine for applying the reflective license plate film rolls by roll can avoid the air bubble in the process of applying film on the aluminum plate. This machine is necessary for the license plate manufacturer, which can make the number plate work more efficient and less quality problems.
Step 2: Cut Aluminum Plate With Reflective Number Plate Film
We know the retroreflective sheeting that is applied on the aluminum plate is by the roll, thus this step needs to cut the long length aluminum plate tape automatically.
Step 3: Embossing Numbers On the Blank License Plate With Reflective Number Plate Film
This step is the same as making the license plate sample of XW Reflective.
Some factories make use of automatic machines to do this step, some other factories are manual working.
Step 5: Hot Embossing Foil To Color The Car Number
Hot stamping foil is a color film for car numbers, can apply the black, red, blue color on the number of license plates by a hot stamping machine, making the car numbers have a different color between background, more eye-catching.
