The process of making Mexico digital license plates
1. UV Digital Printing: the reflective sheeting XW8200 can be customized UV print with background graphics and variable plate messages
2. Lamination: Printed reflective sheeting & PVC Clear protective film XWCAL-01 laminated with aluminum or steel together by one time
3. Cropping: Four corners & punching holes
4. Embossing: Car numbers should be embossed
The process of making FAV (face adhesive verification) vehicle window stickers
1.Printing Process: Reflective sheeting XWC5104 under proper color printing （thermal transfer printing & UV digital printing, etc）
2. Laminating: transfer adhesive to printed reflective sheeting
3. Cutting: Final cutting into individual stickers
