XW Reflective hot stamping foil is one of the accessories when you’re using a hot stamping/ hot transfer machine to paint the embossed license plate fonts.

This foil type has been developed for car license plates laminated with reflective sheeting, preferred PVC top coated and suitable with acrylic top coated. It offers improved coverage and workability as well as higher alcohol resistance.

Application:

For plate makers who have the equipment to do the embossing and hot stamping, and who are with registration plate supplying permit. After the embossing of the numbers and letters, these fonts could be hot stamped with the foil to make them into black color normally. Other colors are available as well, like red, green, yellow, etc. That means the completion of a blank plate into the official license plate.

Leading Time of Hot Stamping Foil

For the glossy black one, we will keep some stock. For matt and designs with specific country drawings, the lead time normally to be around 20 days. But we need around one week for the new cylinder module making for the initial order.
