For this kind of plates, you don't need to do painting, as there is the basing inking layer upon aluminum, after embossing, you only need to peel off the first layer, normally there is aluminum foil between reflective sheeting and aluminum for easy operation. As for two layers type, different from the XW8200 series, the reflective stickers need to be easily broken for the embossing parts to peel off, such as the fonts and borders, XW6200 works well for that application, for more economic one, you can also choose XW3200, which is with thinner thickness and less reflection. Generally speaking, one layer type is commonly used in most countries.
